The Ethics and Staff Development Course

The Ethics and Professional Appearance Course was held on October 27, 2017. This course was open to all management staff and academics of PASP. Among the objectives of organising this course is to provide exposure to staff on workplace ethics, which involves the practice of good behaviour, manners, image, and self-confidence as the essentials to establishing an excellent reputation of an organisation.

Attractive self-image and appearance not only represent self-credibility but also increase self-confidence in interaction while performing daily tasks.

In addition, this course could also provide positive input to participants in gaining knowledge about the code of ethics in conducting official ceremonies. In addition, this course also has offered the opportunity to gain direct experience from the speakers on aspects of the protocol that have been practised during official functions at the departmental and national levels.

The guest speaker for this course was En. Muhammad Zul Husni bin Munir, Deputy Registrar of the Quality Assurance and Events Unit, National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN), Public Service Department of Malaysia.
