Congratulations to Physics Unit, Centre of Foundation Studies for Agricultural Science (Asper) led by Dr. Sharudin Omar Baki  together with the Committee for successfully conducting the 2^nd Symposium On Multidisciplinary Science (V-SMS2020) on 12th August 2020. With the theme “Synchronizing Multidisciplinary Scientific Exploration Towards IR4.0”, the event has attracted

115 participants included 82 virtual presenters.

The symposium aims to promote future collaborative research between academicians to present their work, engage their knowledge sharing and widen their network to discuss current issues or explore new opportunities in multidisciplinary science.

Prof. Ts. Dr. M. Iqbal Saripan (UPM Deputy VC - Academic and International) was invited to give the Keynote Speech while Prof. Dr. Hj Sidek Hj Abd Aziz (Department of Physics, Faculty of Science, UPM) and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nor Azwadi Che Sidik (Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT-UTM)) gave the Plenary Speech at the program.

This is the first time that this symposium has been held on a virtual platform due to the covid-19 outbreak. Alhamdulillah, this program has run smoothly as planned. Thank you to all ASPer staff for their cooperation and support in organizing this program.
