CLIENT'S CHARTER

We are committed to provide excellence through the implementation of quality, efficient and accurate services to fulfil the expectations of our customers as follows:

1. To display registration information and the following semester's lecture schedule on the website on Week 17 of the current semester.
2. To display examination schedule on the website on Week 15 every semester.
3. To issue final examination result via Students Information System (SMP) at least one (1) day after the approval of Senate.
