We are Hestiå of Kuliah 6. Let’s get to know a little bit about our small company for Syoknya Agro Bazaar Online. Our team consists of 10 members, Najwa (CEO), Tasha (Secretary), Hariz (Manager 1), Najah (Manager 2), Aqila (Marketing HOD), Haziq (Marketing), Afidah (Marketing), Arieff (HR, Marketing), Amalin (Finance HOD) and Ainul (Finance). It is clear that each of us play an important role to ensure smooth business flow from the root of planning to the actual executing process. I would say our strengths combined compliment one another hence giving us the opportunity to perform well.
A concept we first grasped and still hold on to firmly was to be an organic or all natural based company which meant we only sell products that are derived by nature, can be recycled, eco-friendly and sustainable. It has always been our top priority to include these values into our planning. The idea to create our own scented candle line came from Aqila and Tasha. Knowing that scented candles are not a preference product for everybody, we specified our target market to teenagers and adults. Our concept being aesthetically pleasing becomes one of our strengths as we understand that the market today prefers a prettier and luxurious looking product. We got you!
But why scented candles? And why OUR scented candles? Scented candles are proven to be aromatherapeutic and brings a positive home energy. We offer our customers more than just the product and service, but rather an experience. Our candles are made of 100% Malaysia’s palm wax and it comes with 4 scents to choose from, Lavendar, Sandalwood (BEST SELLER), Rose and Cherry Blossom. Every piece of candle are delicately handmade which gives them a more sentimental value.
ASPER LIGHT WEEK was a small event we conducted as a marketing strategy to encourage more people to purchase (or repurchase) our products and to gain more recognition by the students in college. We received positive feedback from our customers and we couldn’t be any more appreciative of it #AsperLightWeekwithHestia
The winning marketing video was a collective effort. Our head of marketing department and her team went above and beyond to produce a memorable video that will forever be close to our hearts. Every member contributed so much time and energy. It was all worth it in th end. With that being said, it required us adequate planning and preparation of proper gadgets for better video quality. Despite all the rough patches we went through together, our video came out just as we hoped.

There is no easy way to describe what we are in our own perspective. So maybe you can decide that for us?
All in all, we are immensely grateful for the opportunity Bidang Pertanian had given us to unleash the creative and innovative side of us. It was more than running a business for us, it was creating a bond and trust in our friendship. As a representative of the company, I would like to thank each and everybody who has supported our company from promoting to purchasing. We couldn’t have done it without you. And to Hestiå team, I would like to thank you all for all the dedication, staying up late at night to produce the candles, packing each order, kediting and re-editing posts to serve our customers the best, replying to customers anytime of the day, keeping our money as organized as possible and the list just goes on. Congratulations, this is your win, you really deserve it.
