Pulau Pinang, 2-3 August 2025 – Pusat Asasi Sains Universiti Putra Malaysia (ASPutra) captured the attention of visitors at the Malaysia Education Fair 2025, held at Setia SPICE Convention Centre, Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang.

The two-day education exhibition, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., featured more than 40 Institutions of Higher Learning (IPT), including Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Universiti Malaya (UM), Management & Science University (MSU), SEGi University, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), and many others.

The ASPutra booth received encouraging responses from various segments of society, regardless of race and age. Many visitors showed interest in the Program Asasi Sains Pertanian, opportunities to further their studies at the Bachelor level at UPM, as well as Master’s and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programs.

The four promotion officers involved in making this participation a success were Encik Tuan Muhammad Syafiq Tuan Hassan, Encik Mohd. Fadzil Suhaimi, Puan Hasniah Hamid, and Cik Aina Suhaiza Mohamad Nazir. Detailed explanations about the program structure, the advantages and uniqueness of ASPutra, study pathways, as well as the forms of support offered to students throughout their studies were delivered by the promotion officers on duty.

This participation also successfully introduced the ASPutra brand and expanded the reach of information to the public, thereby increasing awareness of the educational opportunities offered at Universiti Putra Malaysia.
