25 September, 2019 – Mathematics Unit, in conjunction with Centre of Foundation Studies for Agricultural Sciences held a “Seminar on Mathematical Sciences” (SOMS2019) at Seminar Room, Asasi 1 UPM. The purpose of this seminar was to gather and discuss among the scientist, researchers and academics on the Science Mathematics areas as well as to present the results of their research. Out of 35 participants, 16 of them have presented their findings during this seminar. ASPER has invited Profesor Dr Zanariah Abd Majid as a Keynote Speaker to share ideas on area of research with the participants of this seminar. It is hoped that this seminar will play a role in leading the sustainability of the industry which requires mastery of Science especially in the field of Mathematics.
